Wheat Harvest 2010

We all helped some with wheat harvest again this year. Jaxon liked to ride the combine and take his lunch out there. He would eat that lunch better than if he was at the house for some reason. Daddy drove wheat truck and whatever else they needed while mommy helped make meals to take to the harvest field.

Water Slide

Sometime in June our good friends the Gardners visited from Missouri. Here are some pics from all the fun we had getting together. The water slide is actually what Gardners bought when they left for a going away party and they left it here in Satanta for the kids. They absolutely love getting it out!

Superman with a Mullet

I know I've posted pics of Jaxon in the mullet many times but it still cracks me up. Here is wearing Superman and the mullet and a sword and gardening gloves.

Monster Trucks

Sometime in June (who knows exactly when at this point) we went down to Liberal with our friends the Howies to watch Shrek 4 (loved it!) and watch Monster trucks. Jaxon really enjoyed it! Thank goodness Brent had some ear muffs because we ended up being down low and it was really loud.

VBS 2010

This year Vacation Bible School was the first week of June. It was held at the Baptist church since our church is under construction. It was nice to get a change of scenery. Jaxon was in the Preschool and I was helping. It is so nice for me to get a change of pace and help the preschool. I really enjoy it. Jaxon was even better for me this year than last year. Fortunately he does do better at listening to other adults than me.

Relay for Life 2010

Relay for Life was in Sublette this year the first weekend in June. Granny and Papa came to walk with us.
