3rd Grade Rec Basketball

So after playing on the 3rd & 4th grade traveling team then Jaxon played on the rec 3rd grade team. So we had lots of basketball but I loved that of course. He was more confident by now of course and kept improving.

Here's some games played in Greensburg. Everyone came to see Jaxon play - Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle D, Mamaw, Papaw, Granny and Papa.

The last game was really close at the end and there were some great plays but we ended up losing. They were getting really fun to watch at the end though.

Valentine's Day 2014

Thank goodness for Pinterest for Valentine's Day. I enjoy it so much more doing something creative than buying the Walmart Valentines. I actually spend less money because the handmade ones look more expensive.

Cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Learning the hard way how to do them the night before. They tasted ok but they fell. I was planning on unrolling them then rerolling into a heart.

Valentine's Day cookies I made for fun. Trying out some Pinterest recipes. It was ok but not the best. Trying to find a great go to sugar cookie recipe and I'm not sold yet.

For some reason I don't have many pics but that night Blake DJ'd a Valentine's Day Dance in Lewis at the Community Building. The Little League did it as a fundraiser.
