Basketball in St. John

After Christmas Jaxon had a tournament in St. John. They did great and improved a lot.









Just because you are at a basketball game doesn't mean you can't look your best. Jemma did a pretty good job during the games. We brought lots of toys and the iPad to keep her happy.

The Girl

Found these pics of her and had to post. What a cutie! I think I had to document because she got that sweater for Christmas and this was the first time I could get her to wear it.

Church Christmas Program

The Church Christmas Program was postponed because of snow until January after school started. Jaxon got to be Joseph with his friend Kaylin being Mary. Jemma was an angel which meant Mommy got to be in the program. Still a too young I think.

New Year and 11 Year Anniversary!

2014!
We sat down as a family to write down some goals for the new year and plans to achieve them. This was a lot of fun to do together and something I want to revisit and reevaluate during the year. I want to teach my kids to make goals for themselves and to also make a plan. But also that it doesn't only have to be at the first of the year.

We also made a memory bucket for us to read when the year is over together. I plan to type them up also.





We also had our 11th year Anniversary January 4. Not really much time to celebrate but Jaxon thought we should have a cake so we whipped up a cake mix and even blew out candles.

Grandpa's Girl

Jemma has become a big Grandpa's girl lately. I think they bonded from all the naps they take together when she stays at my mom's once a week during the school year. Ha!

Gingerbread House

I bought a kit to make gingerbread house before Christmas but we didn't get to it until after Christmas. The kids still had fun putting it together.
