Pumpkin Decorating and Baking 2014

After we got our pumpkins it was time to paint and carve them. We always like to do both. The kids can't do a lot of the carving or get tired of it but they love to paint.

Cleaning out the pumpkin is always the worst job I think.

Granny's Birthday 2014

Papa got out in time for Granny's birthday on October 28! It was a crazy two weeks so I know they were both glad to be home. We went to my mom's to celebrate Granny's 79th. Her cousin Larry was still here so he came back to the farm for a few days before going home.

Like I said it was a crazy busy time for all of us. I think my mom got the cake from Wal-Mart. Happy Birthday Velma! (Should be Zelma.)
