Field Day 2012

On Friday, May 18 the grade school had Field Day and all school cookout. Usually they had a play day at the grade school with just games but this year we went to the high school and did some games and some track events. They also had races that the kids loved. It was great for them to learn at an early age about how track works. After the cookout they had tug of war between the classes. Jaxon's class won for first grade which means my class lost.

Jaxon got second in his heat which I think was the fastest heat from his class. They didn't give awards so we're not sure. But he was happy with what he did. He said he beat some kids he hadn't beat before.
