Relay for Life 2013/Lemonade Stand

Jaxon has been dying all summer to have a lemonade stand but it just never happened. So when the Relay for Life came up the first weekend of August, we decided it was a good time. I was concerned though that he would want to keep the money but he understood where the money was going to. He really didn't care about the money, just about getting to have the lemonade stand. We were going to do it before the Relay then just donate the money but the day we planned on doing it was cold and rainy. So I contacted one of the people in charge and asked if he could do it that night and they said no problem. Fortunately it ended up being a warm day so people we ready for lemonade.

Granny and Papa go walk every year so they helped us set up. Blake was already there to DJ.

Little princess drank so much lemonade I couldn't even keep track. We had plenty though.

They couldn't have it at the track because it was too wet so they made a "track" that part went in the gym and part went outside.

Jemma giving me the thumbs up. We do this a lot as a Full House reference. "You got it dude!"

The relay went until 1 a.m. but we left about 10 and we were pooped. Jemma walked and walked and walked. I could barely keep up with her. Bad mom alert - I don't remember exactly how much Jaxon made but it was somewhere between $20-30. He was very happy.
